We make all your purchases on French sites offering legal products, but also in third countries, in order to respect the laws in force in these countries when shipping your packages.

All products offered are subject to French VAT, and French laws.

To all the products you buy we add our 5% commission. The transport costs, customs, etc., which are external to us, will depend entirely on either the state or the postal services.

We strive to avoid waste and pollution related to packages, which is why we will reuse reconditioned shipping boxes as much as possible.

Our objective is to offer you products from the French domestic market at reasonable prices. Cheaper than buying from a specialty store in your country.

Once you're done shopping, fill out the form with the product URL, quantity and price so we can provide you with a personalized quote.


Quote and Payment

The quote includes the total amount of your order, including all taxes. In addition to this amount, a 5% commission per product ordered will be added. This commission represents our margin and includes shipping costs. Upon receipt of your payment, we will proceed with the purchases on your behalf. 

Repackaging your packages

Once your packages are received at our premises, we will repackage them so that they become just one.

Shipping

Once your package has been repackaged, we will ship it directly to your delivery address.

Practical information 

Delivery times are only taken into account from the dispatch of your package from our premises. Generally, you will need to count between 4 & 7 Days depending on your country of residence as well as the carrier.

Delivery costs from the merchant site to our premises may be applied depending on the product(s) but in general if will be Free

We will always do our best to offer you Free or the cheapest possible solutions.

To place an order on our platform, we first invite you to create an account in order to provide us with the following important information: Name, First name, Delivery address.

Browse through the sites made available to you. Once you have found the item you want, you will need to communicate it to us via the Purchase form  with its information like URL, Quantities, Price, and send it to us by clicking on the submit button.

The Finalization of your order can only be carried out upon validation of your quote by clicking on the "pay" button on the latter, this being transmitted upon receipt of your order form.

In order to be able to navigate in full readability, you have the possibility to have the merchant sites translated either by your browser if it allows it, or by using Google Translate by clicking on "Website tab" then by pasting the link of the site that you wish to translate. Select the language of your choice and launch the translation.

How to track my package

You can track your packages in several ways:

- Choose a delivery method that allows tracking of your package 

- Use a package tracking application like  ParcelApp etc

As part of our business, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges, being only intermediaries between you and the various merchants.
